Official Forum Rules

Dear Mayors,
We are glad that you have joined our community and we look forward to the contribution you make towards it! Please join in and have fun in all discussions!

We are kindly asking you to take note of our Forum Rules to ensure that everyone acts accordingly and friendly to one another as this should be a safe and happy place for everybody. Our Administrators and Moderators will assist in making sure the community will stay a safe environment for all meaning they will enforce rules and decide on all matters. Please remember we have the right to change the rules at any time therefore it is your responsibility to keep up to date with the rules.

Any user that violates the Forum Rules can be banned, and any inappropriate content will be removed at any time without warning. The duration of a users ban will vary depending on the frequency in which they violate the rules. All decisions made by our Staff are final and you are not to object to them.

All users should take note to the rules below before they interact with users on the Merge Town Category of the forums:

  • We have a zero tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, insult, personal attack, or inflammatory posting targeted at members, staff or any other person interacting on the forums. We will also not tolerate any offensive, sexual, racist, vulgar or discriminatory language and posts on the forums. Moderators and admins have the right to delete such content and to ban accounts of violators without prior warning.

  • Abuse in any form directed to our Administators, Moderators and Staff will not be tolerated.

  • Our forums are in English language only. Please refrain from using another language. You may communicate in other languages on sub-forums that are listed for other languages

  • You may only create one account for the forums, If caught violating this rule one or all of your account will be banned.

  • Do not claim to represent or speak on behalf of Gram Games. You are not allowed to spread false or fake information claiming to be sent by Gram Games.

  • Please do not spam in any form. If multiple threads are created of the same topic they will be closed or removed.

  • You are not under any circumstance allowed to post information on illegal or inappropriate things. If violated this will result in a permanent ban.

  • You are responsible for posting your topics or comments in the correct threads. Your content may get deleted if found in the wrong thread.

  • Do not abuse, spam or overuse the report function of the Forum. Only report another user if they are truly violating the forum rules.

  • You are not to use your own graphics in your signature, animated GIFs are not to be used on the forums.

  • You may not discuss actions made by Administrators, Moderators or Staff publicly. This includes actions such as Moderators banning Users, etc.

  • Please be fair and don’t hijack other people’s topics. Stay on topic and don’t start a new debate in the middle of a thread dedicated to another issue.

  • Our Administrators, Moderators and Staff will not delete content and account on request but they will close or lock topics on request.
